Relic and Rarity’s Ancient Egyptian Artifact Featured at Buena Vista Museum of Natural History - 2025

Relic and Rarity is honored to contribute to the Buena Vista Museum of Natural History and Science in California, enhancing their celebrated Egyptian archaeology exhibit with an authentic ancient Egyptian votive figure of Bes.


The figure, representing Bes—the protective deity of music, fertility, and households—now holds a place of distinction within the museum's updated Egyptian exhibit. Our artifact is also proudly acknowledged on the museum’s Special Contributors list, highlighting our commitment to the preservation and public sharing of ancient history.


This collaboration underscores Relic and Rarity’s dedication to supporting educational institutions, historical preservation, and the responsible stewardship of antiquities. Archaeology in Focus: A Lecture on Death, Ritual, and the Himalayan World - 2025

 We were thrilled to attend the AIA Archaeology Hour 2024/25, where renowned archaeologist Mark Aldenderfer delivered a captivating presentation on “Archaeology and the Tibetan/Himalayan Afterlife.” His deep dive into the evolving beliefs, burial rituals, and spiritual landscapes of ancient Himalayan cultures brought to life a realm that has long been shrouded in mystery.


At Relic And Rarity, we’re passionate about the stories behind the artifacts—and this event reminded us just how rich and layered those stories can be. Aldenderfer’s findings, which bridge historical texts and groundbreaking archaeological discoveries, inspire us to approach each item in our collection with renewed reverence and curiosity.

 We just wrapped up an incredible experience at the 22nd Annual Palm Beach Show, held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center from February 13-18, 2025! This prestigious event brought together some of the finest art, antiques, and jewelry, and we were thrilled to be a part of it.

 We had an amazing time attending The Winter Show at the Park Avenue Armory in New York City from January 24 to February 2, 2025!
