Cette exceptionnelle icône orthodoxe grecque peinte à la main représente le Christ Pantocrator entouré de saints assistants, une composition vénérée symbolisant l'autorité divine et la miséricorde. Créée entre le XVIe et le XVIIIe siècle, l'icône illustre l'art sacré de la peinture dévotionnelle byzantine et post-byzantine, méticuleusement réalisée en pigments de détrempe et or sur un panneau de bois.
