Handsome teardrop powder flask with rich, dark patina, the face crisply embossed with a “stand of arms”—field cannon over stacked shot, draped U.S. flags, crossed rifles and spears—classic patriotic imagery carried by militiamen and sportsmen on percussion arms of the period. Retains its brass top with thumb-operated spring cut-off and tapered spout.
